At TecnoSteel in Striano, we specialise in sheet metal cutting and processing using a variety of methods. Thanks to our specialised technicians and state-of-the-art machinery we can divide our sheet metal working services into five categories:
cutting, bending, calendering, pantographing and punching.
Cutting
At TecnoSteel, we have various machines for cutting sheet metal that allow us to offer our customers a complete and varied service. Our cutting line allows us to coil, unwind and cut sheet metal to the length required by the customer directly from the coils.
With professional shears, we can make precise cuts of up to six metres and a thickness of 20 mm. Should you require a greater thickness, we can revert to plasma cutting which guarantees optimum results.
Once cut, the sheet is unpacked and notched to prepare it for further processing.
Bending
For over twenty years, TecnoSteel have been leaders in the sector because, thanks to the experience of our qualified team, we can provide unrivalled sheet metal cutting and bending services.
We can bend sheets of various thicknesses in a range from 0.6 mm to 10 mm with a flange length of just 5 mm.
In terms of maximum length, we offer bending services at any angle for sheet lengths of up to six metres.
Calendering
Our calendering service follows the sheet metal cutting service and is carried out at our premises in Striano, in the province of Naples. If the square line does not suit your needs, we can offer you curved calendering of sheet metal with thicknesses ranging from tenths of a millimetre to 10 mm and a maximum length of six metres.
